During our recent stay in Victoria, we found a great hotel just on the outskirts of the city. the location was convenient, as it was close to the Victoria centre and right next to a main bus line. the service at the restaurant where we had breakfast both mornings was exceptional. the staff member was fabulous and made our dining experience enjoyable. the hotel had several facilities and room advantages, including a pool that was a hit with the kids and rooms with small fridges.

The hotel lacked some necessary amenities, such as an elevator, which made it difficult to bring our luggage to the third floor.

A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like The Ruby that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Hotel located near bookstores and stores. We greatly enjoyed the food and the comfort, can’t find anything wrong. The venue is situated a short walk to every place we like, for example Topaz Park.

The pool was a bonus for relaxing. Nice base for vacation in Victoria: )

The hotel restaurant exceeded our expectations, offering delicious food that rivaled high-end establishments. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided.

The food was excellent. Well presented and very delicious.

I found the front desk staff to be unattentive and quite impersonal. I wasn't greeted with a smile and a welcome, plus my room wasnt ready and I was checking in at 3.30pm. When I left they didnt ask me if I enjoyed my stay. The room hadnt been vaccumed, there was someones dirty sock on the floor and when I went to make coffee, the coffee maker still had the used coffee disc in it and the pot was dirty.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my city trip. There were plenty of dining options nearby, including a popular chain restaurant and a shopping mall. It was convenient to have these amenities within walking distance. the in-house sports bar was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink after a long day of exploring. the highlight of my stay was definitely the pool and slide. the pool area was well-maintained and a perfect place to spend a day with the family. the slide was a hit with the kids and provided hours of entertainment. the pool area was fantastic for families looking to have some fun and cool off.

Bedroom was dirty and water was not hot for bath. Bathroom and bed linen was dirty and smelling bad.

The highlight of the stay was definitely the pool area. The waterslide was fast and fun, perfect for families with young children. We also appreciated the convenient location near shopping and dining options. Another advantage was the availability of two king beds in each room, which is rare to find in some hotels.

The condition of the rooms left much to be desired. The furnishings and linens were dated and worn out.

The water slide! Its the reason we booked it.

The staff at the reception were friendly and very helpful. They provided great assistance throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, being just on the outskirts of the city and close to Mayfair mall. It was also quite close to downtown. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pool and water slide. It was perfect for families with youngsters and we enjoyed spending the whole day by the pool.

Can't fault the property in any way.
